Terms & Conditions
Navkar Animal Help Centre operates as a centralised call centre and facilitation platform for stray animal and bird emergencies.
Our role is limited to:
Receiving complaints related to stray animals and birds only
Identifying and connecting the complainant with the appropriate NGO, rescue team, or animal welfare service
Reducing the burden on complainants from having to search for and contact multiple NGOs independently
We do not provide medical treatment, rescue operations, or on-ground services directly.
All treatment, rescue, handling, and medical decisions are carried out solely by the respective NGO, veterinarian, or rescue team.
The complainant acknowledges and agrees that:
Any outcome arising during or after treatment is beyond our control
Navkar Animal Help Centre shall not be held responsible or liable for injury, loss, death, delay, or any adverse outcome involving the animal or bird
All responsibility lies with the executing NGO or service provider
